Why are my shipping charges so high?

Shipping large flat rigid board with care isn't cheap. We calculate the exact shipping on every order to ensure our customers only pay for what they need. If you are experiencing excessive shipping charges, try reducing the size of your items or the quantity. See Shipping policy for more info on large orders.

Do you offer sales tax exemption?

We do offer sales tax exemptions for eligible businesses. Please create an account on our website, then send an email to sales[at]optitag.io. Please include relevant tax information (Seller's Permit and/or Reseller's Certificate). Once approved we will activate your account as tax exempt.

Do you offer custom targets?

We are always looking for new ways to serve our customers. Please contact us at sales[at]optitag.io

What is your refund policy?

Since all targets/tags are made to order we don't offer refunds or returns unless the product was damaged upon arrival. See our complete Refund policy for more info.

What is your shipping policy?

We currently only ship in the US and through UPS. All orders ship from Southern California. Keep in mind that shipping rigid panels can get expensive. We calculate the exact shipping on every order to ensure our customers only pay for what they need. See our complete Shipping policy for more info.
